Item Details
A vintage Chinese Chippendale style mahogany kneehole desk with Asian style side chair. This set includes a rectangular top desk with beveled edges over a kneehole drawer flanked by two stacked drawers to each side. The drawers feature brass batwing plates and bail handles. This piece features fretwork to the stiles. It terminates on straight legs and block feet. Also includes an Asian style chair with curved crest rail and carved splat over a cushion seat rising on curved legs and terminating on hoof feet. There are no visible maker’s marks.
