A vintage covered butter dish by James Deakin & Sons of Sheffield, England. This piece features a round silver plate framework with a swing handle, four ball feet, a removable silver plate lid with a figural cow finial handle, and a cut crystal butter dish insert. It is hallmarked to its underside and additionally marked, ‘P 7358’.
