A reproduction bronze sculpture after iconic sculptor Frederic Remington (1861–1909), titled Mountain Man. Mountain Man (1903) is Remington’s 9th bronze and depicts an Iroquois trapper and his horse carefully navigating a steep hillside. This finely detailed piece is cast in solid bronze with a rich brown patina and a hand-rubbed finish. “Copyright by Frederic Remington” is impressed into the bronze. The work is mounted on a green marble base and titled to a brass colored plaque to the side.
