A hand-knotted Persian serabend wool carpet runner. This rug is rendered in an abrash palette of madder red, cream, azure, walnut, rose-salmon, and indigo. The madder red hued field features a lattice of small boteh motifs, while framed in a cream grounded serabend border, along with a pair of meandering diamond guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a cotton warp fringe to the ends. It is unlabeled.
