A pair of West African style carved wood masks. Featured is a Bamana style mask with squared features and an almond-shaped face plated with brass-tone metal. Also featured is an Akan style mask with stylized features, wearing a carved headband adorned with pendants. The masks are unmarked, and the Akan style piece is painted silver to the verso. Each includes hanging hardware.

- surface and edge wear to Bamana style mask; chip to wood to the verso; minor chips, scratches and surface wear to Akan style piece.
