Item Details

A Mid Century Modern desk by Brandt and chair by Jessup. The mahogany desk has a bordered rectangular top on graduated cylindrical supports, which connect to privacy panels to the back and right side, and a shelf over two drawers to the left; the drawers have cup cutouts with knobs handles in the center along the top. It stands on tapered cylindrical legs ending on brass gliders. To the inside of the top drawer is the Brandt tag and a Mahogany Association tag. The chair has two bowtie crosspieces between block stiles, a beige upholstered seat, and tapered block legs; a Jessup Upholstery law label remains affixed to the underside.
