An unframed Paul Sawyier offset lithograph after ‘Capitol in Winter.’ Paul Sawyier (American, 1865-1917) Kentucky’s foremost American Impressionist painter who in a thirty-year span, created over 3,000 works of art. This piece depicts Frankfort, Kentucky’s capitol on a snowy day. Paul Sawyier’s signature is in plate in the bottom left corner and numbered 458/3000 in the bottom right corner. Also included is a certificate of Autehnticity from Paul Sawyier Galleries. The print is unframed.
