Antique Mahogany Architects Desk

Item Details

An antique mahogany architects desk featuring adjustable slant top with easel, leather inset work surface with gold foil stamped trim, slide-out candle stands to the sides with older leather insets and small brass pulls. To the front is a single drawer with round beaded ring pulls and side tray inside. The desk sits on large carved and reeded slightly tapered legs with engraved brass feet. Circa 1830.

Condition

- has had some restoration to the finish, adjustable easel back and leather inserts. Partial original lock is present in the drawer, but no key.
