Chinese Porcelain Lidded Urn and Compote
Item Details
A collection of Chinese porcelain, including a lidded urn and a compote. The urn features a white ground with figures in landscape, cranes and geometric designs throughout. The rounded body tapers to an elongated and flared foot which is marked with an apocryphal Qianlong reign mark, however, the piece was produced in the mid to late 20th century. The collection also includes a compote with a a white ground featuring colorful scrollwork and floral designs throughout with a crane and lily pads design to the center of the bowl. It is marked with Chinese lettering to the underside.
