Globe Oak Filing Cabinet

Item Details

An early 20th century filing cabinet in oak, by Globe. The rectangular vertical filing cabinet has four drawers with brass tone handles and label plates to the front. There are original Globe-Wernicke filing folders included with the cabinet. Globe Files Company purchased the Wernicke company in 1899, thus creating the Globe-Wernicke brand. It is marked to the top, ‘Globe’ in a gold and black font.
