A vintage Mayela Haute Couture black and white pleat color block silk dress. The dress has a rounded neckline, pleated shoulders and long sleeves with hidden zippers to the back at the cuffs. The long straight skirt features white pleated panels to the sides. The dress includes a hidden zipper to the back and a black lining with attached maker’s label and an additional label marked ‘Saks Fifth Avenue’. Made in Italy.
