A vintage Hotta Yu Shoten & Co. Pottery lusterware tea service. Offered is a lidded teapot, a creamer, a sugar bowl, cups, saucers, and bread and butter plates. The pieces display a hand-painted landscape scene on an orange lusterware ground accented with pale blue borders. The undersides bear the maker’s cherry blossom mark; made in Japan.
