A collection of 19th-Century tintypes and 20th century photographs. Featured are four tintype photographs including one in a case depicting a man holding a child. The other three depict full length body portraits of woman. Included is a albumen print of a two girls in a case. Also included is a mid-century color photograph of a girl in a yellow garment.
Condition
- albumen photograph fading; case deteriorating, broken at bottom right, missing top portion of case.
- three tintypes without a case, one tintype with a case; surface abrasions and wear throughout case due to age; warping and residue throughout each tintype.
- mid-century portrait inside antique case; case broken in half; wear to front and back edges of case.
