Japanese Kutani Porcelain Serveware
Item Details
A group of three Japanese Kutani style porcelain serveware. It includes a pitcher, a scalloped rimmed bowl, and a lidded ginger jar. The pieces feature a design of floral and bird motif panels on red grounds accented with gilt foliate and geometrical decoration. The bowl is marked ‘Tashiro’ (田代), the jar is unmarked, and the small pitcher is marked ‘Made by Kutani’ (九谷造).
