A blue and white Delft painting on ceramic tiles of a Portuguese sailing ship. This piece depicts a ship from the front on choppy waves with soaring birds. The work is marked ‘Sta Anna’ to the lower right, with an illegible inscription to the lower left. It is presented in a wood frame without glass or hanging hardware.

- minor chips to edges of tiles; backing is loose from frame; surface wear to frame; stain and discoloration to backing.
