An oil painting of crashing waves, titled Western Sea, by an artist signing the work ‘A. Rosé.’ This piece is rendered with a palette of yellowish green and depicts a body of water crashing onto a shining beach, a cloudy sky looming heavily overhead. The painting is signed to its lower right and is mounted in molded frame, a hanging wire to its verso and a plaque to the frame’s lower edge reading ‘Western Sea, Rose.’
