An original oil on academy board painting by well listed artist and master portraitist, Dr. Wesley Kime ( Ohio & California, b. 1929). The doctor has imbued this male figure with gentle strokes and acute subtlety. The rendering of light is spot on, and Kime has well captured the sensibilities of a fatherly gaze. The painting is signed to the top left hand corner, and framed in a splendid gilded frame, with black velvet border.

Only slight wear.
