This round wool rug features the seal of the Pennsylvania State University in teal over a cream-colored field, framed by an inner border that reads ‘The Pennsylvania State University 1855.’ The rug has fringeless, scalloped edges. The underside is protected by a full fabric backing. A label on the underside reads ‘Made in Japan.’
