A Mid Century Modern corner table designed by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb. The step back top is set to one corner, with a curved front, supported over the square table top on short, cylindrical posts. The table stands on cylindrical post legs, joined near the bottom by a flat box stretcher. The Widdicomb/ Robsjohn-Gibbings tag is affixed to the underside.
This item is located in a stair-access basement.
Terence Harold Robsjohn-Gibbings (British, 1905–1976) was a highly influential architect, art director, and furniture designer. He designed for Widdicomb 1943–56.
