Antique Signed Clara Linderman Rookwood Pottery Vase

Item Details

An antique, signed Rookwood Pottery floral vase by Clara Linderman, circa 1904. It has a rounded, tapered body and a narrow neck. The finish is an ombre blue with green stems and leaves surrounding pink flowers. The base is marked with the Rookwood Pottery marking and ‘IV’, ‘9266’ and the artist’s initials, ‘C.C.L.’ over a series of dots, for Clara Christina Linderman, who decorated for Rookwood between 1898-1907. It is marked with an incised ‘X’, marking it as a second.
