A circa 1913 pastel drawing on paper. The piece depicts a European genre scene, with male and female figures in traditional rural attire conversing in an interior kitchen setting. The work is dated to the lower right and inscribed indiscernibly to the frame verso. The drawing is presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame fitted with hanging string to the verso.
