Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Afghani Turkmen rug. This rug features wool construction in crimson and navy with sienna and burgundy accenting throughout. The center field contains a mirrored vignette of organic and geometric motifs, which are bound on four sides by a principal border showing a geometric motif alternating in crimson and burgundy, beyond which is a crenelated trim. The rug is finished with a single-wrapped selvedge to both sides and a natural warp fringe to both ends.
