Antique American Empire Walnut Miniature Chest of Drawers

Item Details

An antique American Empire walnut miniature chest of drawers, mid 19th century. The paneled case features a rectangular top above a stack of three long drawers, the bottom two of which are inset and flanked by a pair of half-turned pilasters. The drawer fronts are fitted with wooden knobs and constructed using cut nails. The chest rises on turned, front legs and stile, back legs.

Condition

- to fair; back of rear, right stile with a crack along top half; other minor surface wear and small marks as would be expected with age and use.
