A vintage Coca-Cola five gallon syrup barrel with original label, circa 1920-1940. The wooden, red-painted barrel is of typical, stave-constructed form secured by metal hoops. There is a wooden plug to one side while one end retains the original paper label reading, ‘Coca-Cola / The Coca-Cola Co / Home Office / Atlanta’. The opposing end is stamped ‘Chas E. Weiss / B443 Grand River / Detroit Mich.’ Also included is a removable, clear glass panel for protecting the label.
