Item Details
An antique Victorian wicker and oak writing table in later, green paint, late 19th century. The frame features a rectangular top above an open, leg compartment, which is flanked by a pair of open, lateral shelves with braided, lower edges. It rises on four wrapped legs joined by arched stretchers.

- paint is later and with scattered/small chips revealing an underlying layer of red; top with some shrinkage cracks; a couple small breaks/losses to wicker; some breaks and loose strips of braided trim; front compartment possibly had a drawer at one time.
