An antique Robert Mitchell rocking chair with marquetry and mother of pearl inlay. Antique mahogany rocking chair made by Robert Mitchell of Cincinnati, Ohio. The splat features a stylized floral and fan design a made with marquetry and mother of pearl inlay. This chair features curved armed with turned spindles and a molded seat and all around turned stretchers above rocker side rails.
