A vintage Bayer aspirin dispenser. This wall mounted metal vending machine features a white and brown ground with design and lettering in brown, red, and yellow tones. It features a coin mechanism and dispensing compartment to the front. It includes five packages of Bayer, four screws for mounting to a wall, and a key. The front flips down with the hinge on the bottom front.
