A signed limited edition offset lithograph after an original painting by well-listed American wildlife illustrator and naturalist, John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati, born 1924), titled Elephants. The image depicts a pair of majestic elephants stampeding across a dry, African landscape as a cloud of dust billows behind them. The print is signed in-plate to the lower right and titled to the lower center margin. It is signed and numbered 63/725 in pencil to the lower corners.
