A vintage hand-knotted Persian Kurdish Bijar rug. The wool pile rug features a combination of geometric and floral motifs with a center medallion in navy on a vibrant red field with decorative spandrels and compound border. Other colors in the palette include teal, orange, watermelon, and indigo. The rug is finished with natural cotton warp fringe, crimson selvedges.
