An antique American Brilliant Period cut glass compote. The piece features rounded sawtooth rims over double Brunswick stars, panels of hobnails and fine diamonds, eight-pointed stars, vertical notches to the pedestal stem, and fan cuts over fine diamonds to the base. The piece bears no discernible maker’s mark which is typical of such wares produced between 1876-1917.

- small chips throughout rim; scratches.
