A vintage two-piece Neoclassical style cherry bookcase by Hooker. The bookcase includes a lower portion with a rectangular top with shaped, molded front edge over a case with three paneled cabinet doors flanked by reeded stiles. Each cabinet opens to a storage space with a shelf. It rests on an molded plinth base. The upper portion includes molded cornice supported by four Corinthian style columnar stiles flanking three arched opens and three shelves. The rectangular top features electrical light fixtures that illuminate the shelves. Both portions are marked by Hooker Furniture.
