Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted wool and silk Persian Nain area rug. This rug features a round floral medallion in hues of cream, dark red, powder blue, deep blue, camel, and olive, on a red oval ground with a dense floral motif. The main palmette border is flanked by repeating floral guard borders. Natural warp fringe and overcast selvedges finish the rug. ‘Made in Iran’ to the reverse.
