Item Details
A semi-antique hand-knotted Persian Baluch saddle bag. This khorjin, or saddle bag, also functions as a rug. It features hand-knotted panels to the two ends in crimson, navy, chestnut, cream, and saffron, which are affixed to a woven wool backing to form two pockets. Coarsely worsted wool loop closures line the bag openings. The khorjin is finished with wrapped selvedges to all sides.
