A pair of vintage watercolor paintings on paper by Indonesian artist Dede Suratin (1900-1979). These pieces depict a village scene and a waterfront with figures gathered around two small boats at the edge of the water. Both are painted with loose, gestural brushstrokes and signed to the lower left. They are presented behind mats and glass in thin wood frames with wire to the versos for hanging.

Condition

- paper and mats slightly discolored on both prints; mat burn along the edge of papers; edge wear and nicks to wood frames; some tears to paper backings.
