Vintage Power-Loomed "Kirman" Area Rug by Beaulieu of America
Item Details
A power-loomed Kirman from the Royal Shamar Collection by Beaulieu of America. This rug is rendered in a palette of peacock blue, cream, terracotta, wheat, and powder blue. The peacock blue colored field features an over-sized floral themed medallion, while enclosed with palmettes and floral motifs along the edges and ends. Framing the field is a main terracotta grounded medallion and flower designed border, as well as floral guard borders. Finishing this rug are serged edges and an applied fringe to the ends. This rug is labeled ‘Power-Woven, Oriental-Design Rug’.
