A vintage hand-knotted Persian Karaja Heriz area rug. This rug features two stepped medallions against a deep red field with an allover geometric motif. It has a white border with a vine motif, flanked by geometric borders in red and deep blue. Natural warp fringe to both ends with red overcast selvedges. ‘Made in Iran’ label to reverse.
