A vintage hand-knotted Persian Kashan wool area rug. This rug features a central medallion inside a red field with floral spray and palmettes and beige and blue corner treatments. It has a main border with vines and palmettes, flanked by meandering floral guard stripes. Natural warp cotton fringe to either end. ‘Made in Iran’ label to reverse.
