A hand-knotted Indo-Persian Heriz wool area rug. Features a floral medallion in a palette of apricot, olive green, ivory, pale blue, beige, and deep blue against a salmon field with rectilinear floral vines, and corner palmettes in green, burgundy, beige, ivory, and apricot. The main border has a samovar motif on a dark ground, flanked by meandering borders. Natural warp fringe to either end.
