An original hand drawn ink on paper political cartoon for The Miami Herald by two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist, Jim Morin. The work shows a man next to the Lincoln Memorial and reads ‘Supreme Court votes to reconsider major civil rights law…’. The piece is hand signed and dated ‘4/27/88’ to the upper right. It is presented matted in a wood frame under glass.

Condition

- graphite, blue ink, and white out still visible on ground; small nicks throughout edges of frame; punctures along edges of backing paper on verso of frame.
