A commemorative Wilhelm II and Franz Joseph World War One cabinet plate. This plate has a white ground with a pierced rim, accented with gilt. To the interior of the plate is a transfer image of Kaiser Wilhelm II and Franz Joseph with the Second Empire Reichsadler and the Austrian Empire Coat of Arms below their portraits. This plate is not discernibly marked to the reverse.
