A vintage hand-knotted Persian Kurdish Bijar rug. This rug displays geometric designs, hooked and notched motifs in shades of red, orange, white, and black upon a deep maroon field. The border features a barber pole stripe, repeated geometric floral and S-shaped motifs on a maroon field, complete with natural warp fringe to either end.
