Item Details
A Chippendale style rectangular dining table and chairs by Thomasville Furniture. This set features a mahogany veneer table with a flamed mahogany surface design, with contrasting banding, and flared corners. The table apron features a carved reeded edge, with carved cabriole legs and ball and claw style feet. Chairs feature a carved crest rail with curved ears, with an openwork vase-shaped splat and lower quatrefoil. The armchairs include carved knuckle arms, while all chairs feature ivory tone damask upholstered seats, and carved front cabriole legs with ball and claw feet. There are two armchairs and six side chairs. Table is shown with two leaves inserted. Marked ‘Thomasville Furniture.’ Please note, any additional items shown are not included.
