A vintage Kate Spade New York doctor bag, made in Italy. The olive green leather purse includes dual handles and silver tone hardware, including bag feet at the base. The bag’s opening features inward folding flaps to each side with optional closures. The front and back flaps can be pulled upward and zipped together, or the two side flaps can be pulled up and fastened together with a snap strap. The striped lining includes sidewall pockets and a leather brand label.
