A vintage hand-knotted Persian Karaja Heriz rug. The rust field is decorated with a crenelated central medallion and spandrels with foliate and geometric motifs in shades of ochre, navy, green, and charcoal. The field is ringed by a principal border in a coordinating color scheme. Both ends of the rug are finished with cotton warp fringe.
