A hand-knotted Persian Qum area rug. This wool rug is hand-knotted in a palette of indigo blue, orange, cream, red, coral-pink, marigold, and teal. The rug has an almond shaped central medallion with pendants and borders of dense flower blossoms and vines. It is framed with arrow-line, carnation meander, and herati pattern borders. Finished with overcast selvedges and fringe to either end.
