Hand-Knotted Turkish Oushak Area Rug
Item Details
A hand-knotted Turkish Oushak area rug. This rug is woven in a palette of rusty orange, raspberry, sea green, golden yellow, pink, and ivory. It features a diamond central medallion with floral pendants in a raspberry-colored field capped in ivory hooked spandrels with floral fills. The piece is finished with three floral meander borders and has overcast selvedges and a short kilim skirt with knotted warp fringe to the ends. It is unmarked.
