1995 Mixed Media Portrait of Woman with Flower

Gouache

A mixed media work on paper created in 1995. The piece uses a combination of gouache, charcoal, conté crayon and metallic ink media over a giclée printed image to depict the portrait of a woman looking over her shoulder, holding a single flower. The work is signed indiscernibly and dated in graphite to the lower right of the backing paper. The portrait is set over an off-white backing and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- faint discoloration to paper; minor marks and wear to frame.
