A mid century etching on paper distributed by the Paris Etching Society. The piece depicts a French cityscape, with a canal quietly rippling to the foreground. The work is signed indiscernibly in graphite to the lower right, appearing to read ‘Rd de la Braque’; it is additionally marked to the lower left with a Sydney Z. Lucas seal, denoting the piece as a Paris Etching Society print. It is matted in cream and presented under glass in a gold tone wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
