A red lacquered Chinoiserie coffee table by Mrs. McDougall for Hinson & Co. The red lacquered table features a rectangular top painted with a landscape scene in gold. The top rises on a pierced, inset apron and square legs on Chinese style horse hoof feet. It is unmarked by the maker, but attributed to Mrs. MacDougall for Hinson & Co.
