An oil painting on board in the style of Joaquin Sorolla. The painting features an impressionistic style depiction of children and a dog standing along a seashore. It is rendered in primarily blues and greens with orange and red accents and signed ‘J. Sorolla’ in black paint to the lower left. The painting is presented in a gilt frame with a wire to verso for hanging.

Sold to benefit the education and housing needs of children in the Tamani Kenya orphanage in conjunction with the non-profit, the Tamani World Children Project.

Condition

- some discoloration to varnish; minor nicks and wear to frame particularly to corners.
